Windsor Pain Management Centre is a practice run by Dr Pradeep Desai (FRCA, FFPMRCA). He specialises in pain management and has years of experience in treating cases of chronic pain as well as anaesthesia. He is supported by his team from phf Services and Kanchan Desai.

He sees patients privately, mostly at Princess Margaret Hospital, Windsor.
He is also available at Spire Thames Valley Hospital, Wexham, and at Clementine Churchill Hospital, Harrow.

Dr Desai is a consultant who deals with chronic pain.
